The Perfect Soul Mate

Everyone dreams of one day finding the perfect soul mate. That special person who has all the qualities, personality and looks you desire. That special person you could give your life to and experience deep, passionate intimacy. Believe it or not….. One good place to begin your search is with a good old fashioned list. Yes….It sounds boring but it will start you on the right foot to finding the perfect soul mate.

When I created the list of qualities that were important to me in my future partner it was highlighted to me that the perfect soul mate I was after probably had a list of their own! That prompted me to think about what his list might consist of and how I needed to become the person on his list. I took some time to reflect on the person that I was. We can’t do too much to change our personality but we can work on our bad habits and on cultivating attractive qualities in our life.
